Infrared Thermal Imaging
Advanced Technology

Infrared Thermal Imaging

Offering Infrared Thermal Imaging with a Certified IR Inspector.

It matters HOW scans are interpreted and the equipment used. IR Scans use heat signature to discover potential anomalies such as electrical hot spots, insulation gaps and other temperature variations.

*They do not see through the walls, but identify potential deficiencies

  • Electrical hot spots, arcing & overloaded circuits
  • Missing, settled, or compromised insulation
  • HVAC air leaks, duct defects & equipment issues
  • Flat roof moisture accumulation (delamination)
  • Pest activity thermal signatures
  • Assist to identify possible moisture issues with further investigation

Thermal imaging is a screening tool — anomalies flagged are incorporated directly into your inspection report with photos and priority ratings.
