Buying a home is one of life’s defining moments. It’s an exciting journey that can be stressful. When you hire us, you hire an advocate. From the initial scheduling, a friendly voice walks you through the process. You will be met on-site by a professional who will answer your questions in palatable terms, deliver your report via email on time and is available to answer questions after your inspection. Texas has stringent guidelines established by the TX Real Estate Commission. A professional home inspector must be actively licensed, remain certified and be insured. We uphold these guidelines and go beyond with our 30 year construction experience.
The average inspection is 4 hours. We ask our clients and their agents to attend the last 30 minutes of the inspection. The inspector will explain their findings in simplistic terms and use pictures.
